Help! My Newly Bought PC is Stuck in a Boot Loop!

Hey there fellow tech enthusiasts! So, I just bought a brand new PC and everything was smooth sailing until today. Unfortunately, I find myself in a peculiar situation. My PC seems to be trapped in an endless loop of turning on and turning off all by itself, and I have no clue why. Yesterday, it was working like a charm, but today things took a turn for the worse. Every time I attempt to reboot, it just shuts off, only to start up again after about 5 seconds. It's driving me crazy! I've managed to access the BIOS, and surprisingly, the PC remains on when I'm in there. However, as soon as I try to reboot from the BIOS screen, it goes haywire once again. So, my dear readers, I'm reaching out to you for some much-needed assistance. Has anyone ever encountered a similar issue with their PC? Do you have any idea what could be causing this frustrating boot loop problem? I've done some troubleshooting on my own, but I'm no expert in these matters.
